VBS Registration Form

PAYMENT

The $10 registration fee (or max $20 per family) can be made through a variety of ways:

• • Online Giving: If you are registered for online giving, payments can be made by following the online giving link and clicking on "Pay VBS." (Beginning 5/8)

  • Sunday Mass: Please make checks payable to St. John the Baptist and include "VBS Registration" on the note line and drop in the collection basket.

  • Mail/Drop off to the Parish Office: Please make checks payable to St. John the Baptist and include "VBS Registration" on the note line and mail to: 1416 3rd Ave, Rapids City, IL 61278
